Click here to download your backstage pass. This is a backstage pass for any Pump parents. You may be asked to show this (on your phone is fine, or printed out if you prefer) if you want to come into our backstage area. This is for security reasons.

All dancers need to bring a full lunchbox with plenty of snacks and water. Two water bottles would be ideal.
Please be mindful of food and snacks that won’t stain or mark costumes. -

We recommend packing a quiet activity for your child, such as drawing, cards, books, and devices to watch something on. There is a risk of iPads/phones getting stolen so we recommend talking to your child about where to keep precious things (e.g. zipped in their suitcase).

Your production fee has completely covered the cost of professional photography and video. As soon as they are ready, we will make them both available to all Pump dancers in the show. Please note there will be NO videoing or cameras allowed in the audience, on or side-stage. We ask that all Pump families respect this rule and leave it up to the professionals.

Dinner BreakSeniors dancers can leave for a dinner break but must be back by 6:20pm.
Unless it has been arranged in advance with our studio coordinator, Junior & intermediate dancers are not allowed to leave at any time during the concert day. This is to keep all our dancers safe.
Food can be dropped off & Parents can visit dancers backstage anytime.7:00pm- 9:40pm
Evening show performance
If your dancer is NOT in the finale, they are welcome leave following their second dance.9:45pm
All dancers can leave.
We kindly ask all dancers to be tidy kiwis, and leave their dressing-rooms and backstage areas clean & clear of rubbish before leaving.
All dancers MUST take their costumes home.Junior dancers will be asked to wait in the changing room with their parent supervisor until a family member comes up and collects them.
